Hybrid Services, the exclusive UK distributor for Mimaki technology, will showcase the latest Mimaki UV and solvent kit on its stand at The Print Show. There will be both entry-level and volume production solutions on display.
Visitors to the Hybrid stand will be able to see new products including the UCJV330-160 UV printer/cutter as well as the Mimaki TxF300-75 DTF printer.
The UCJV330-160 is a high-production UV-integrated printer/cutter ideal for producing a wide range of applications. The machine offers five-layer printing, can produce tactile 2.5D effects, and can also be used with clear and white ink onto a range of substrates.
A development of the TxF150-75 DTF printer, the TxF300-75 is the latest model in Mimaki’s DTF offering and offers significant productivity gains of 300% and a two-year warranty.
The model offers a maximum printing width of 80cm for producing DTF print transfer sheets and uses PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink for DTF, consisting of five colours (CMYKW).
Both the TxF150-75 and TxF300-75 models won ‘Best Textile Printer Direct to Transfer’ in the EDP Awards 2024 from the European Digital Press Association (EDP).
According to Andy Rogers, sales director at Hybrid Services, the huge uptake in companies investing in a direct-to-film printer from a “Japanese brand such as Mimaki with its long heritage in manufacturing industrial textile printers”, continues.
The latest model in the line-up offers significant speed gains and a two-year warranty.
As well as showcasing the latest printing and cutting technology, Hybrid will be showing a variety of inspirational applications that demonstrate the opportunities available when investing in new hardware.
