The Morgana Digifold Ultra creasing/folding machine with full-bleed trim capabilities will be on show

Morgana Systems along with partner Plockmatic company, Intec Printing Solutions, will be using its stand at The Print Show to showcase several new launches from drupa to the UK market.

Included in the lineup will be the Morgana DigiFold Ultra creasing/folding machine with full-bleed trim capabilities. This machine can slit, cut, crease, perforate, and fold in one pass and is robustly designed to complement mid-to-high volume digital and offset production presses.

Shown for the first time at drupa 2024, the Morgana DigiFold Ultra builds on the capabilities of the DigiFold Pro XL by adding the slitting and cutting functionality for full-bleed trim applications.

Also on show will be the new Intec SC7000 Pro-T and the SC7000 Pro-T XL automatic digital cutters, providing a dual tool service. With these machines, sheets of up to 450 micron can be cut, kiss-cut, creased, and perforated all in one pass using the intuitive ColorCut Software package, specifically designed for the entire cutter range.

In addition to these releases, Morgana will be showcasing a host of regular finishing equipment including the Morgana BM5000 bookletmaker with a dual-bin feeder and finishing module; the Morgana PowerSquare 160 system; Intec’s ColorFlare CF-2500Pro laminating and foiling solution; and FB1180T digital flatbed cutter.

Ray Hillhouse, VP Sales and Marketing for the Plockmatic Group Offline Business Unit, comments: “As an ‘ever present’ exhibitor at the show, Morgana, together with partner Plockmatic company Intec Systems, consider the show as a ‘must do’ in the exhibition calendar – especially this year, as it follows on from a very busy and exciting drupa.

“We are now able to give a UK debut to several post-press products that were launched in Germany. We love this show because we see a healthy number of decision makers, who are ready to sign for equipment that they have either seen at drupa, or have read about in pre-show promotional material, such as this.”

Hillhouse adds: “So, [we will have a] focus on taking orders, as well as showing and demonstrating our very latest post-press products to a UK audience eager to see the best of drupa developments in post-press.”
