The Print Show, the only large-scale event dedicated to the UK printing industry, is delighted to announce it is supporting the IPIA and its Recognising Excellence event next month.
Taking place on 3rd December at the Crowne Plaza in historic Stratford-upon-Avon, the event will again celebrate the fantastic work of the IPIA and its far-reaching network of members over the past 12 months.
The event begins with the Expo and Business Networking Hub, which runs from 11am until 3pm, with a pause for a networking lunch, allowing attendees to forge new connections and catch up with peers. Over 22 print technology and media exhibitors will feature, offering visitors the opportunity to learn more about the latest industry developments.
Also returning this year is the IPIA Stamp Draw, where attendees can collect a stamp from each exhibitor for a chance to win up to £450 and free IPIA Membership for one year.
Into the evening section of the event and the IPIA Gala Dinner will commence at 7pm with a champagne reception, followed by a three-course meal and drinks. From 9pm, the IPIA will announce its Recognising Excellence Award winners, paying tribute to the achievements and hard work of industry members.
The celebrations will then continue into the night with the IPIA’s renowned ‘Stand-up Bingo’, raising funds for The Printing Charity, and live music from celebrated band ‘The Arcadias’.
“We’ve been working with the IPIA since we first launched The Print Show back in 2015 and we regard them as an incredibly valuable partner,” said Chris Davies, event director of The Print Show and The Sign Show. “We’re delighted to return their ongoing support of The Print Show by backing this year’s Recognising Excellence event.
“Nothing beats speaking to people face-to-face and Recognising Excellence allows industry members to do exactly this, as well as relax, enjoy themselves and celebrate the excellent work from the UK print market in 2024.”
Brendan Perring, general manager of the IPIA, added: “The Print Show is dedicated to bringing our amazing industry together to stimulate economic activity, while facilitating learning, networking and community cohesion. These are all goals we strongly share at the IPIA, and we are very proud of The Print Show’s support for Recognising Excellence as we strengthen our partnership for the long-term.”
John Morley, chair of the IPIA’s Events Subcommittee and worldwide channel partner sales director at eProductivity Software, also said: “Our Expo offers attendees an invaluable wealth of information and education, equipping them with essential insights into the latest developments in print and media technology to fuel their growth or expansion goals. Taking time to work on your business – rather than just in it – can be a powerful step forward.”
