The Print Show is delighted to announce that The Printing Charity will be hosting a dedicated panel session at next year’s event, focusing on the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.
Nicola Peacock (pictured), senior relationship manager at The Printing Charity, will lead the discussion, talking with panel members about the workplace wellbeing initiatives are proven to work well in the print and related sectors.
Visitors will hear how businesses in print and the allied trades are supporting the mental wellbeing of staff. Those in attendance will also have chance to share their own insights with others who are looking to start a workplace wellbeing programme.
“We all know that when employees thrive in the workplace, businesses thrive, too,” The Printing Charity said. “This open forum is an opportunity to share ideas, be inspired by others’ activity, and learn about what’s worked well for businesses in our sector in the area of workplace wellbeing.”
This session follows on from the success of the charity’s recent ‘Knowledge Exchange’ webinar, which also explored wellbeing in the workplace.
Details of panel members will be revealed over the coming weeks and months.
